Returns & Replacements
Because every Nox product is printed to order, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. This keeps our pricing fair and avoids waste. There's no warehouse of unsold inventory because nothing is made until you order it.
We do cover quality issues 100%. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll replace it free of charge with no return required.
To request a replacement:
Email admin@noxsetups.com within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
We'll process the replacement and ship it within 2 business days
